First Cultural Heritage Week to be held by Ulster County

KINGSTON – Ulster County is going to hold its first Cultural Heritage week from September 18 to 25.

The week will include a number of events in Woodstock, Kingston, Saugerties, Olivebridge, High Falls, Phoencia and other locations.
The week will celebrate the county’s heritage and culture.

“Ulster County is alive with history,” said County Executive Hein. “We have a rich cultural legacy inherited from many generations. An astonishing array of sites, structures, and objects attest to Ulster County’s Revolutionary, Civil War, industrial, agricultural, and political past.”
